Small Silver Greek Unidentified

Not having any luck identifying this small Greek coin. Not positive what is on the reverse.
6.11mm, 0.19g

Looks like:

WESTERN ASIA MINOR, Uncertain. 4th century BC. AR Tetartemorion (6mm, 0.14 g, 9h). Head of Apollo(?) left, wearing tainia / Helmeted head of Athena left within incuse square. Pecunem 39, lot 257; Pecunem 32, lot 148; otherwise unpublished in the standard references.
