Definitely Treveri/Trier though whether PTR :crescent: or STR :crescent: I can't tell.

A close look with magnification makes STR crescent/dot likely.

Do you think S indicates second officina?

Yup.  While the officina letter was at the end of most mint marks, it was at the beginning of some like at Their at this time.
