HI could anyone tell me if this roman silver denarius which i found metal detecting is infact pomponuis musa ? and if so is it a common or rare coin ?  ???

Yes, it would appear to be the type of Musa's featuring Hercules, Crawford 410/1.

I'd say the coins of Musa are scarce but not rare, but they are eminently collectible forming such a unique series.
