The lettering looks modern. The outside decorations do have some interesting features though, so i'll have to say "not sure."

Zero chance it is ancient.  Never seen anything remotely similar in any museum, book, etc.

Possibly Victorian/Fin de siecle item, more likely modern fantasy item.

I can see LITTLE DRUMS in the legend among the other things... :'(It is modern!
