ID for Pendent, Two figures Facing, please

Uncertain alloy; 29mm/5.9gm Uncleaned as per posting.

As seen in the first photo, two figures face each other, one presents an uncertain object to the other.
The 2nd photo is at if were worn as a pendent.

Pretty sure it is Roman....

HELP!

Turns out that it is a brooch with a missing pin...not a pendent.  ::)

The figures are Joseph left, Mary right (with a somewhat modern coiffure (?) and between them
holding the infant Christ Child in swaddling clothes.

Who knew!
