ID for Artifact wearing a Cap, please

Certainly, Roman and most likely it was originally attached a drinking vessel of some sort.  You tell me.

But I'm bit confused (like normal) as to the cap.  Roman desultor's wore caps made of felt just like this.

Maybe Mithras?

More likely Attis.

Mithras was rarely shown outside of the standard Tauroctony - Bull slaying - scene, and was generally a young man.

Attis is usually shown younger - as a boy - and often on small bronze heads like this.
