Please Help Problem with Balbinus sestertius

Hello

I have two problems with this Balbinus sestertius. There is an extra letter in the legend of the obverse and a letter is missing in the legend of the reverse. On the obverse I read IMP C CAES ... instead of IMP CAES ... and on the reverse I read POVIDENTIA ... instead of PROVIDENTIA ... I would like to know if there is an explanation for these errors and if that makes it a unique coin.
