Israel's Antiquities Authority have uncovered a huge wine making complex that is the size of a modern-day football field near the town of Yavne, 30 kilometres south of Tel Aviv. The Byzantine site was able to produce as much as 2 million litres of wine a year and dates to the 6th century  A.D.
