Constans or a fake ?

I bought this coin for a small sum of money, is it a Constans( I do not recognize the portrait) or is it a fake?

Hi Andreas,
the portraits are very variable and very difficult of recognizing some Emperor for their portrait.
For my it is official, struck in Nicomedia, 1ra.Off.

Constans. Count the letters. It's perfectly genuine as far as I can see.
