Septimius Severus w/female reverse (Athena?) Nicaea (?)

The title pretty much says it all. There is nothing to speak of for an obverse legend left and the reverse only has the stylized NI KAI that is legible. The reverse figure may be Athena wearing a helmet, but I am at least sure that she is a she.. Worn coin but I like the way the legend and the reverse figure are represented! :)

Maybe Demeter holding ears of grain and scepter.  It looks to be from Nicaea.  The only thing I can find in RecGen is:

Rec Gen 323
Ob. AYT K L CEPT or CEP CEYHPOC P  - laureate head right
Rev. NIKAIEWN - Demeter standing half-left
