Byzantine coin with countermark to id #2

Hi,

please help with this countermarked byzantine follis. I know it's probably Constans II follis (SB 1010?), but I have no knowledge about the countermark. I suppose it might be islamic, perhaps from Mardin?

I will be grateful for any help :)
