This looks like a part of a roman mirror. It's just a guess but looks very similar!  ;D

that is my first thought but i cant say for sure dont know if i put in garbage or alongside my growing collection lol its not bronze material strange

It does look like a Gerco-Roman mirror.  Hard to be sure.

These were made of a copper alloy with lots of X in it.  Right now I can't recall what X was - I think the alloy had extra tin in it, making it a high-tin bronze, but I am not sure.
