Trebonian but where?

Hello.

Due to the high size of the photo of obverse i coudn’t attach it but that is clearly Trebonian; the problem is reverse. I couldn’t find a similar to reverse but my opinion is to be somewhere from Cilicia or Syria. Thank you for help.
