Medieval spear/javelin

Hello,

Is this maybe a spear or javelin top? I dont think it is antique... Probably medieval? What do you think guys?  Maybe not even a weapon?
It is 8 cm long.

No idea Jon.  Can you take other photos showing how the bronze part is attached?  It is hard to tell what is going on from one photo.

Is that bronze part solid bronze or bronze sheet around a lead core?

Also does it have writing above and below the star or just decorative lines?

I have still have no idea what this is but am trying to understand it more.

I think its solid bronze, and its only decorative marks, not some letters.

It looks a bit like a type of arrow - armor piercing - but the bronze part and the fact the thin end of the iron part appears to split into two makes it a mystery to me.
