« on: October 25, 2021, 10:52:50 am »
Hi everyone,

Just asking for help to identify this roman (I suppose) item, made of iton and Bronce with a head of animal on one edge.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance

Jose

I don't know what this is Jose.

The iron part appears to be very thick.  That means it is likely not a knife.  Perhaps part of a larger object??

The style is odd.  Quite simple and abstract.  I couldn't say if it was Roman or pre-Roman.

Do you know the find context?

Thanks a lot SC, the original place could be low Roman or preroman.
I thought It could be part of a
 larger object,
A decorative stud with structural fuction?
Regards,

José
