I look at the Obol Panticapaeum, the bow is a young satyr, it seems to me that the strike was on Tetrachalk Satyr Griffin, do not tell me how rare such minted coins are?

The coinage of Panticapaeum is often overstruck on other coins of the same city.  Not uncommon at all.
