Caracalla Denarius

Several people on another forum have commented that they do not like the style of this coin.  I, too, am unsure of it even in hand.  I have looked through all the fake databases but I don't see this one.  Any thoughts on this will be appreciated:

Even for a worn coin the details look soft and the style does seem different from the rest of Caracalla's coinage but I don't really collect Severan's.

The style is OK, but as Andreas says, it looks like a cast.
