RIC only lists this
type as a
denarius (which was pointed out last time). It's
RIC IV 231. The
portrait style is also not up to a normal
Rome mint aureus standard.
Absent proof to the contrary, from say a grading service, you should consider not
buying it. It is suspect and you should either be confident you know the coin or trust the seller implicitly if considering a purchase.
Lastly, not all coins can be definitively authenticated from a few digital photos.
