« on: July 14, 2021, 06:40:56 pm »
Hello.

A bronze piece with a diameter of 38 mm.
Seal or what? Byzantine? Roman?

Sincerely

HI Mahmud G.  I don't know anything about them, but if you google "ancient bread stamp" or "Roman bread stamp" you may see similar objects.  I have no idea how to date them.  Apparently modern types are still in use today, also.  Good luck!

Thank you very much v-drome, your comment is the first step and clue for searching bread stamps for me.

Sincerely
