Obverse: L AEL AVREL COMM AVG P FEL. Laureate head of Commodus, facing right.

 

Reverse: SERAPIDI CONSERV AVG. Serapis, the Egyptian god and consort of Isis, stands, radiate and facing left, holding a branch and a scepter.
