VRBICA (Magnia), a princess unknown to history, by some supposed to have lived at the time of Maxentius, by others to have been the wife of Carus. A unique coin, now in the British Museum, proves that she was one of the wives of Carinus, AD 282-285 (Madden, Handbook of Rom. Num., 1861, p. 166, plate iii., No.2.2)

Obv. IMP CARINVS AVG. Bust of Carinus to left, helmeted, holding with right hand a horse by the reins and a sceptre, and with left ahbìnd a shield.
Rev. MAGNIA VRBICA AVG. Bust of Magnia Urbica to right. Æ Quin. (300 francs) Other coins in gold and brass - some with obverse legend MAGNIAE VRBICAE AVG are in exixtence.
