In fact, there is personification of Constantinopolis, turreted (or turreted and veiled), seated r., head facing, r. foot on stool (or prow), holding branch (or short sceptre) in r. hand and cornucopiae in l. Issue was prepared to commemorate the dedication of Constantinople in 11 May 330.
