NOT IN RIC
|
UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this type only for Diocletian, Maximian Herculius and Galerius Maximian (p. 461). General note about this issue from p. 442-3: "Once again Constantius is absent from the Sisak hoard (though known elswhere) [...]. The basic type is unchanged - the four princes at sacrifice, as before; Virtus Militum and Victoria Augg, variously broken [...]. The issue, even when allowance is made for the fact that it is the latest in the Sisak hoard (23 coins), seems on other grounds to have been of limited size. Date, c. 295". Coin should be listed before SISCIA 61.
