NOT IN RIC
|
UNLISTED BUST TYPE - E. RIC lists for this reverse only bust types C and D; type E is attested only for variant without crescent in l. field [SERDICA 34] (p. 499). General note about this issue from p. 489: "Valeria's uniwersal Veneri Victrici appeared with three varieties of portrait. All these coins are now rare or very rare". However, note that there is an error in RIC. For details see CORRIGENDA, VOL. VI, p. 499. Coin should be listed after SERDICA 33 (or, with new description, as SERDICA 33).
