However, Sutherland in footnote 4 on p. 553 mentions this variety: "See Pink ["Die Goldprägung des Diocletianus und seiner Mitregenten", Numismatische Zeitschrift 1931], . 44, for the same coin (in B.N. [British Museum]) with mint-mark SMNVI, interpreted by him as for Victori". But note that iconography of this reverse does not match the description in RIC: "Hercules stg. facing, head r., l. holding apples and lion's skin, r. leaning on club" (p. 553).
