UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this type only for Licinius (p. 593 - rarity R3!). General note about this issue from p. 576: "An extended range of types is introduced, most of them scarce or rare. [...] Virtus Exercitus (Licinius has Virtuti) is revived on very rare coins. [...] Date, c. 311-12". Coin should be listed after CYZICUS 94 and Maximinus' coins.
