REVERSE VARIETY. RIC describes throne as "elaborate". In fact, on unique specimen cited in RIC (see also plate 8 no. 76) throne has high ornamented back. General note about this issue from p. 420-21: "Two types only are known, Romae Aeternae (Roma seated in temple [...]) and Romae Aeternae Aug N [...]. Both are of very great rarity, and this issue was presumably terminated by Alexander's death in 311". See also CORRIGENDA, VOL. VI, p. 435.
