Size and Weight: 23mm x 24mm, 6.85g
Obverse: OΛBIOΠO ΛЄ clockwise.
Laureate head of Apollo right.
Reverse: ΘЄOB - AΛЄB (?) anticlockwise.
Sea-eagle with spread wings, standing right on fish.
Countermarks: Winged caduceus in oval punch; 7 x 10 mm, Howgego 390 (102 pcs); large Δ in 6 x 7 mm punch, Howgego 787 (61 pcs)

Note: Attribution and identification of the coin and its countermarks was by reference to a similar AE21 in the Forum Ancient Coins catalogue, pointed out by Andreas Reich. That catalogue says of the countermarks: "Countermark (2) is applied over countermark (1) and may have been used in the 170s, although the application of countermarks probably went on for a longer period of time."
