Note: The best match I can find for this coin is the example in Coin Archives here [Link made inaccessible by Coin Archives in July 2009], from Heritage World Coin Auctions, Long Beach Signature Sale 357, lot no. 12117. But this coin has a laureate head on the obverse, unlike the auction coin, so must be the Meshorer coin referenced.
