      • 2. Per le monete di modesto valore o ripetitive, ovvero di cui esiste un notevole numero di esemplari tutti uguali, non rientranti nelle collezioni di cui alla lettera b) della lettera A, numero 13,
        dell'allegato A al codice dei beni culturali e del paesaggio, come sostituita dal comma 1 del presente articolo, e' escluso l'obbligo di denuncia di cui all'articolo 59 del medesimo codice, nonche' ogni altro obbligo di notificazione alle competenti autorita'.
    • decreto legislativo 24 marzo 2006, n. 156 "Disposizioni correttive ed integrative al decreto legislativo 22 gennaio 2004, n. 42, in relazione ai beni culturali". Alla Parte seconda del decreto legislativo n. 42 del 2004 sono apportate le seguenti modifiche: a) all'articolo 10: 3) al comma 4, lettera b), dopo le parole: «le cose di interesse numismatico» sono inserite le seguenti: «che, in rapporto all'epoca, alle tecniche e ai materiali di produzione, nonche' al contesto di riferimento, abbiano carattere di rarità o di pregio, anche storico»;
