Denario di Tiberio e Livia

Buonasera, mi permetto di inviarle le foto di un denario di Tiberio acquistato in Spagna (dnzcoins) del peso di grammi 3,60 asse di conio ore 3. E' alquanto poroso ... graffi sul viso e sul bordo, saggio sul retro.

Egregio Lettore,
di seguito riporto gli elementi significativi che mi è stato possibile raccogliere riguardo alla sua moneta:

Denario1, zecca di Lugdunum, RIC I 26 (pag. 95), BMC I 34 (pag. 125), Cohen I 16 (pag. 191), c. 14÷37 d. C., indice di rarità "C".

Descrizione sommaria (sono indicate in rosso le parti della leggenda usurate o comunque illeggibili):
D. TI CAESAR DIVI - AVG F AVGVSTVS2 in senso antiorario a partire da destra in basso. Tiberio, testa laureata a destra.
R. PONTIF - MAXIM in senso antiorario a partire da destra in basso. Figura femminile (Livia?) drappeggiata, seduta a destra su una sedia dalle gambe non ornamentate, posta su una doppia linea, sorregge con la mano destra un lungo scettro verticale e con la sinistra un ramo3.

Concludo osservando che la moneta presenta caratteristiche fisiche e di stile che non si discostano da quelle dei conî d'epoca. Nello stato in cui si trova il suo valore venale non dovrebbe verosimilmente superare i 20,00€.

Dalla tabella si evince che le caratteristiche fisiche del denario di figura comunicate dal lettore (3,60g, 3h) rientrano nei margini di variabilità dei conî d'epoca.
(2) TIberius CAESAR DIVI AVGusti Filius AVGVSTus (Tiberio Cesare, figlio del divino Augusto, Augusto). Per una sintesi biografica relativa a questo imperatore si rimanda alla voce relativa del portale della Enciclopedia Treccani consultabile in rete (v.link). 
(3) PONTIFex MAXIMvs (Pontefice Massimo). La moneta non è datata e dunque la coniazione è ascrivibile ad un periodo non definito del regno di Tiberio, tra il 14 d. C. (data dell'ascesa) ed il 37 d. C. (data della morte). In armonia con quanto già detto in  occasione dell'esame della moneta precedente, secondo il RIC, la figura femminile seduta sul rovescio viene diversamente interpretata dagli studiosi moderni; alcuni la identificano con Livia nelle vesti della Pace, altri con la Pace-Giustizia, altri con la sacerdotessa Livia, venerata in qualità di moglie del primo imperatore e madre adottiva del secondo.
