Volevo la stessa consulenza per questa moneta, pesa 10 grammi,il diametro è di 2 cm di colore grigio e si attacca alle calamite. Se ha un valore di mercato, e qualche altra notizia interessante che lei è in grado di darmi.

di seguito riporto i dati significativi pertinenti alla sua moneta:

AE Dupondio1, zecca di Laodiceia-ad-Lycum, 88 a. C. (?), Crawford 550/2d (pag. 439), Sydenham 1277a (pag. 200), indice di rarità "(5)"2.

Descrizione sommaria:
D. Testa di Venere diademata a destra, dietro capricorno3.
R.  La Vittoria in movimento a sinistra sorregge con la mano destra una corona e con la sinistra un ramo di palma. Q·OPPIVS PR4 a sinistra, a scendere.

La ricerca nel web di monete di tipologia simile a quella di figura ha prodotto i seguenti risultati (solo al primo dei link che seguono è associabile lo stesso categorico della moneta di figura, Cr. 550/2d):

OPPIVS of the Republic governed Cilicia in 88 B.C.

Concludo osservando che le caratteristiche fisiche della moneta di figura, in particolare la presenza di ferro nella lega del tondello, fanno escludere che essa possa essere autentica (si veda anche la discussione in proposito su un identico esemplare nel Forum numismatico lamoneta.it del 31.1.2005). Rebus sic stantibus, la moneta in esame è priva di valore numismatico ma, per quanto mi concerne, non d'interesse storico e didattico. In effetti la moneta in esame fa parte di un gruppo di dieci riproduzioni che la Plasmon - Linea ragazzi nel 1978 regalava con la confezione della Ergo Spalma.

Note:
(1) Dupondio in oricalco (lega rame/zinco). Raccolgo in tabella le caratteristiche fisiche dei dupondi della tipologia di figura  tratte dai link di cui sopra:

Dalla tabella si evince che il dupondio di figura (10g, 20mm) è più leggero e più piccolo rispetto ai conî d'epoca. Ma, sopra tutto, la moneta ha un tondello ferroso mentre gli originali autentici d'epoca erano battuti su tondelli di bronzo.
(2) L'indice di rarità sopra riportato è quello indicato dal Sydenham. Secondo il sito http://hometown.aol.co.uk/ahala/RomanRepublicBronzesRarities.htm l'indice di rarità per la monetazione di Q. OPPIVS PR è "Scarce" per i categorici Cr. 550/2-3 e quindi tale è anche per la moneta in esame (se autentica).
(3) La serie completa dei dupondi di Q. Oppius PR comprendeva dieci tipologie diverse che si differenziavano tra loro per piccoli particolari (v. link).
(4) Riferisce il Crawford (v. link) di ritenere piuttosto incerta la datazione della moneta e addirittura di dubitare che essa possa, a rigore, annoverarsi tra le emissioni romane. In via ipotetica l'autore citato propenderebbe per un'attribuzione alla Cilicia della quale un Q. Oppius fu governatore storico nell'88. Tra l'altro la testa del dritto sarebbe la stessa che appare sulla monetazione del primo secolo di Laodiceia-ad-Lycum dove Q. Oppius alla fine si insediò. Il cesto di frutta presente nel rovescio potrebbe richiamare la doppia cornucopia presente nel rovescio della monetazione di Laodiceia. 
Devo aggiungere per contro che una nota tratta da "Storia, Studi sulle guerre mitridatiche" (v. link) posticiperebbe l'emissione monetale in argomento alla fine della repubblica.
