Concludo osservando che le caratteristiche
fisiche, generali e di stile della moneta appaiono coerenti con i conî
d'epoca. Per quanto concerne il valore venale, mi attesterei sui 120 Euro7.

compatibili con quelle dei conî d'epoca.

datazione della moneta (98-99 d.C.) è stata fatta sulla base di
COS II, il 2° consolato che Traiano ricoprì nel periodo indicato.
(3) La
moneta, secondo il RIC, è effettivamente di oricalco.
(4) La
moneta di figura, classificata da Cohen
II come 611, si riferisce, per la precisione, alla Giustizia, personificazione
questa che viene spesso scambiata con la Pace.
