LA MONETA NON è FERROMAGNETICA, IL DIAMETRO è DI CIRCA 1,8 CM, è PRESENTE UNA LETTERA MA NON RIESCO A CAPIRE QUALE SIA, SEMBREREBBE UNA R, IL PESO NON SONO RIUSCITO A STABILIRLO.

di seguito riporto gli elementi che mi è stato possibile raccogliere sulla sua moneta: 

Denario1, zecca di Roma, 103-1112 d. C., RIC II 98 (pag. 251), BMC III 391 (pag. 84), Cohen II 120 (pag. 31), indice di rarità "C"

D. IMP TRAIANO AVG GER DAC P M TR P3. Traiano, laureato a destra, leggero drappeggio sulla spalla sinistra. 
R. COS V P P SPQR OPTIMO PRINC. DAC CAP in esergo. Dacio, con il cappello a punta, tunica e braghe, seduto a sinistra su una pila di armi, uno scudo rotondo ed uno oblungo, ginocchio destro sollevato e piegato, testa appoggiata alla mano destra, braccio destro appoggiato al ginocchio, a sinistra due spade ricurve, a destra due lance ed uno scudo oblungo4.

Strack 156 (ein Exemplar bekannt). 3,38g. äußerst seltene Büstenvariante. Sehr schön/fast vorzüglich.
Concludo osservando che la piccola R a sinistra in basso nel campo del rovescio indica inequivocabilmente e indipendentemente da considerazioni di stile, che la moneta è la riproduzione moderna di un originale antico.

Dalla tabella si evince che il diametro del denario comunicato dal lettore (18 mm) è compatibile con i conî d'epoca. Non essendo disponibile il peso, non è possibile trarre conclusioni definitive sulla compatibilità della moneta con i conî d'epoca.
(2) La datazione riportata prende in considerazione la data certa in cui Traiano fu investito del 5° consolato (COS V: 103 d. C.) e quella altrettanto certa nella quale fu investito del 6° consolato (COSVI: 112 d. C.).Tuttavia BMC, sulla base di considerazioni di varia natura, ipotizza di poter restringere l'arco di emissione al periodo 107-111 d.C.
(3) Le leggende del dritto e del rovescio di Traiano vanno lette consecutivamente: IMPeratori TRAIANO AVGusto GERmanico DACico Pontifici Maximo TRibunicia  Potestate COSuli V Patri Patriae SPQR OPTIMO PRINCipi e quindi: il Senato e il Popolo di Roma [dedicano] all'Imperatore Traiano, Augusto, Germanico, Dacico, Pontefice Massimo, Console per la 5a volta, Padre della Patria, Principe Ottimo.
(4) La rappresentazione del Dacio vinto e prostrato è rafforzata dalla leggenda d'esergo, DACia CAPta, la Dacia conquistata.
