Charles I as King of Scotand
Charles I was born in Dunfermline, Scotland, on November 19th, 1600, the second son of James I of England, James VI of Scotland. Charles was also king of both England and Scotland, but they were separate kingdoms until the Acts of Union 1706/1707. |
