c) Hristova/Hoeft/Jekov (20120) No. 8.10.9.1 #1 (plate coin)
scarce, about VF, black green patina
This is the best preserved coin of this scarce type. All others are incorrectly described, because the palm branch in the l. field is not visible. Altogether an unusual depiction.

Moesia inferior, Nikopolis ad Istrum, 10. Commodus, HrHJ (2020) 8.10.09.01 #2 (plate coin)Commodus, AE 177-192

c) Hristova/Hoeft/Jekov (2020) No. 8.10.9.1 var. (plate coin, same rev., but with palmbranch in l. field)
probably unpublished
VF, brown patina
A possible explanation:
Because of its style this coin is a bit doubtful. On most specimens of this type the palmbranch in l. field is barely visible. So it is possible that the forger has not seen it!
