MISTERY ROMAN COIN no more. AE ROMAN PROVINCIAL AS.EMPORITON/EMPORIAE, (Ampurias and Rosas), SPAIN.
9,3 grams, 27mm. Green patina. 27BC-14BC. Time of Augustus.
Obv: Female helmeted head right. Latin legend C.S.B.L.C.M.Q in front
Rev. Pegasus with very curved wings foward to right. Laurel above(? Sobre la grupa laurea)
Latin legend EMPORIT below.
Found in an unclean lot from France.
I was able to identify it thanks to *Alex and Pekka K and Benito. My eternal thanks!!!!

As Pekka writes the ID depends on factors I can not see in the coin. IMO an AS ,late 1rst century BC. Emporiton.
Here a catalogue of coins minted in Ampurias and Rosas (two important greek colonies in Spain until the Romans arrived and bashed them).
Unfortunately only in Spanish, but many PICS.
