Notes from Glebe coins at http://www.glebecoins.net/paleos/Notes/Post_Hendy_Latin_Types/post_hendy_latin_types.html
states

"Jordanov has the emperor seated on a backless throne, but in the broken example pictured (Dolna Kabda coin 761) the throne is not obvious: perhaps it appears on other examples of the type (Jordanov reports four examples in the stray finds at Turnovo, although it is noticable that they are not mentioned by Dochev). Jordanov describes the obverse figure as a Military Saint (or perhaps Archangel), but again this is not obvious on the coin pictured.
This rare type is apparently known in both large (medium?) and (at Dolna Kabda) small module form."
