This coin is Hostilian as Caeasar so it completely unlisted (not RIC-208 var which is a coin of Hostilian as Augustus). Roman officina numerals on antoninianii of Hostilian as Caesar are very rare and I suspect they were struck by Gallus. Great coin!!
