Obv: DAN/NIS/BORG in three lines
Rev: AAL/BORG in two lines, for the Danish city of Aalborg
There were several coins that were issued in the Indian colony of Tranquebar that had Danish towns on them. The towns were SKAGEN, STEGE, KØKE, and AAL BORG. There was a period of about 25 years when no ships came to the colony from Denmark. For that length of period, I suspect the colonists experienced homesickness and started issuing coins with town names on them.
