Cilician Armenia. Levon IV (1320-1342)
Nercessian 463[?], Bedoukian 1997[?]

AE 18 mm pogh. Sis (now Kozan, Turkey) mint.

Obv: + Լ[ԵՒՈՆ Թ]ԱԳԱՒՈՐ Հ [Levon Takavor Hayots = Levon King of the Armenians], king holding staff in right hand which extends over shoulder, cross in left hand, throne decorated with lions.

Rev: .+ [ՇԻՆԵԱԼ Ի] ՔԱՂԱ_ [Shineal I Kaghakn I Sis = Struck in the City of Sis], plain cross potent.

Due to the state of preservation, much of the legends are illegible and the obverse device lost, but from the size of the coin and the portions of the legends that are legible, it can be tentatively attributed.
