Nice one Randy! Glad you finally got a Caracalla AR Ant to go with your collection, very nice example too, with a beautiful 'draped, seen from behind' bust! Great detail on the face of Serapis on the reverse, also very nice centering, and fantastic detail on the face of Emperor Caracalla! Also 5.3 Grams, not a bad weight at all for the type, very good!
This one of yours has the same bust type (radiate bust, draped, seen from behind) and same Serapis reverse, with year 'XVIIII.... COS IIII' on the reverse titles as my example with the same obv/rev. However on your example the Emperor looks a bit less pissed/angry/mean as on my example. Wink Awesome coin Randy my friend.... your coins sure get alot more views than mine heh, I wonder why that is...
