While the figure on the right clearly has his hands bound behind his back, the guy on the left appears to have his left arm down by his feet and his right arm up by his chin as if in a pondering (or mourning?) pose. One of the soldiers should really tie him up and make him a proper "captive", before he changes his mind, gets up and walks away ! A wonderful coin!
