Obv: L SEPT SEV PERT AVG IMP V, laureated bust right.
Rev: PART ARAB PART ADIAB, two bound captives each sitting on shield, between them a trophy. COS II P P in eregue.
Minted in Rome 195 AD.

This coin refer to Severusvictory over the Arabians and Adiabenians, maybe in the civil war against Pescennius Niger.
