Vespasian RIC II 1431
Vespasian. 69-79 A.D. Ephesus Mint. 71 A.D. (3.20g, 17.5mm 11h). Obv: IMP CAESAR VESPAS AVG COS III TR P PP, laureate head right. Rev: PACI AVGVSTAE (from high r.); Victory adv. r. with wreath an palm, at lower r., EPE. RIC II 1431, BMC 457, RSC 276, RPC 833.

This specimen has a tight flan but full weight. While the obverse is slightly off center, it retains full legends, and the reverse is well centered.
