Billion trachy, Theodore I Type B, second Coinage SB 2062
Reverse: IC XC barred in field. Christ bearded and nimbate, wearing tunic and kolobion, seated upon throne without back; holds Gospels in l. hand. Asterisk above cushion of throne, to either side.
Obverse: Full length fissure of emperor wearing stemma, divitision and chlamys; holds in r. hand scepter crucifier and in l., anexikakia. Asterick frequently on l., or r., or both, of inside of chlamys as it drapes from the arms.
