Obverse: NICIFR bASIL RW, crowned bust facing with short beard, wearing loros and additional jewelled robe, holding cross-topped sceptre and trefoil on globe.
Reverse: NICHF-EN QEW bA-SILEVS RW-MAIWN, legend in four lines.
