Hijo de Maximiano, caus la crisis del sistema de la Tetrarqua, siendo proclamado Principe, luego Csar, y mas tarde Augusto, e invitando l mismo a su padre a reasumir el Imperio. Fue derrocado por las fuerzas conjuntas de Constantino I y Licinio.

Anv: "MAXENTIVS P F AVG" - Busto laureado, con coraza y Paludamentum (capote militar) sobre ella, viendo a derecha.
Rev: "CONSERV VRB SVAE" - Roma sentada de frente, viendo a izquierda, portando un globo en la mano de su brazo derecho extendido y largo cetro vertical en izquierda, dentro de un templo hexstilo (6 columnas). "P T" en exergo.

Acuada Otoo 307 - primavera 308 D.C.
