Greek, Lead Sling Bullet
Mid. 4th century BC, lead sling-bullet. Scorpion on one side, and on the other, KALA. It is most likely the genitive form of the name Kala, a general under Alexander the Great who was later appointed satrap of Phrygia. It's also been suggested that "KALA" here is used as an insult, as if saying "pretty boy" or "girly man" today.

Fantastic piece! Are you sure Kala doesn't mean "screw you", or something similar? Laughing

One thing is for sure, you wouldn't be 'Kala' if that hit you in the head hard enough Laughing

Maybe KALA is what you are inclined to yell out very loudly when hit in the head by it? Laughing

Thanks for the comments. I'll have to weigh it because it feels remarkably heavy and would do some serious damage Shocked

Impressive! It's still visible the point of impact.
