Rev: KENΔPEICEIA ΠVΘIA EN ΦIΛIΠ →ΠOΠOΛI (NE)/ΩKOP Ω, Temple with 8 columns seen from front, globe in pediment.

Varbanov 1667

From Gorny & Mosch auction 265, lot 876.  From auction catalogue:Kendrisia was an old name of the city of Philippopolis. Later Roman Imperial coins mentioned the name which is possibly derived from Thracian god Kendriso who was equated with Apollon in later times.
